Scope of Work
The scope of work involved the replacement of the waterproofing membrane on approximately 100 balconies. This crucial step ensures long-term protection against moisture and prevents potential water damage to the structure. Additionally, our team identified and addressed areas of rot, performing necessary repairs to maintain the building’s structural integrity. In instances where the existing waterproofing system showed significant deterioration, we carried out localized repairs to restore the membrane’s protective layer and prevent further issues.
The project also included the replacement of sealant around the perimeter of the windows and balcony areas, ensuring tight seals and further enhancing moisture protection. To ensure optimal performance, our team conducted adhesion tests and applied a high-performance base coat and topcoat to create a durable, water-resistant barrier.
